The model
Per-editor seats with AI usage tiers (a monthly allowance plus pay-as-you-go). As the AI does more of the work, teams move up tiers — expansion revenue layered on top of seats, with land-and-expand as teams roll Trimtab out.
Why now
Frontier models make it practical, for the first time, to keep goals, plans, delivery and adoption continuously in sync rather than reconciled in quarterly offsites. A large, underserved category — AI is the unlock.
