How do I sign in?+
One Trimtab account. Sign in with your email and password, Google SSO, or a magic link.
Do I have to use all of it at once?+
No. Start anywhere — a goal, a plan, a board. Everything stays connected: goals, plans, delivery and adoption link up automatically as you add more.
How does AI usage work?+
AI is included on every plan. Everyday help is unlimited; heavy generation draws a monthly allowance shown as a usage bar that resets at the start of each month — hit it and you wait for the reset or switch on pay-as-you-go usage credits.
How is billing handled?+
Billing is per editor, with free unlimited viewers — managed from the billing page. Owners and admins can change plans and manage AI usage.
Can I bring work in from Jira?+
Yes — delivery is built into Trimtab, and you can connect Jira from a project's integration settings. Live two-way sync and a Linear connector aren't available yet.
